The Lord of the Rings is one of the greatest storys of all time.
The story is among the most known, most sold and most beloved books of all time.

Altough Peter Jackson did some changes to the story
to fit this 500k word tale into 3 theatrical movies,
"The Fellowship of the Ring",
"The Two Towers",
and
"The Return of the King",
the movies are still pretty much lore
and do no harm the tolkien universe.
It is definetly worth watching through the complete trilogy without any distractions.

This movie is actually worth paying for,
you can obtain the latest extended cut in 4K on amazon for more or less 50 bucks.

The Original Trilogy consists of
"The Matrix,
"The Matrix: Reloaded",
and
"The Matrix: Revolutions".
Those Movies are pretty cool,
the only point of critisism is that the second and third movies
heavily rely on CGI.

You really shouldn't watch the new Matrix Movie,
which is basicly a cashgrabbing rehash of the original story
but with tweaks for the mythical ''Modern Audience''

I grew up with Tolkien's tale ''the Hobbit''.
When i first heard about this book getting a movie adaptation
by the same director who did the adaptation
of ''the Lord of the Rings'' I was pretty exited to see it.

Unfortunatly, the adaptation of ''the Hobbit'' isn't even close
to equal the adaptation of ''the Lord of the Rings'' in terms of quality.

The story was unacceptably changed,
so this 90k-word-tale could be streched out into 3 movies.
Things like a she-elven warrior
getting into a love triangle
with the elven prince and a dwarfen prince
just doesn't make any kind of sense.

If you wan't the best possible expierience watching ''the Hobbit''
you should only watch the ''Cardinal West'' cut or the ''Digital Dunadan'' cut.
